Nine kilometers southwest of the harbour, totally harmonized with the Tinian landscape, constructed with functionalism and respect to the environment, the residence can satisfy the most demanding tastes. Without unnecessary, conspicuous loftiness combines with sensitivity with the environment, between age-long stone fences filled with vineyards and figs. It is a model of architectural harmony. The stone-built residence consists of kitchen with living-room, bathroom and two bedrooms of total surface of 100 sqm, situated in the center of a plot of 4500 sm. There were used materials which can be found in the island, such as white and grey marble, stones, dark flagstones and it was constructed by local technicians, experts of tradition. It also allocates a modest fireplace as well as a carefully studied under-floor heating. In the north side, it is situated a useful storage-room with the heating unit and wood for the fireplace. In the roof of the storage-room, there are the reservoirs of oil and water. The residence’s water supply comes off a continuous circulation bore of water. In the south-west side of the land, there is also a restored stone-built burn. It is also important the remaining building ability of roughly 90 sqm. Furthermore, the residence allocates a large circumferential veranda with wide, unhindered view to Exomvourgo, at least eight islands and the sea.
